The Core: Double Shaft Cutting Rotors
At the heart of this machine are the two massive cutting rotors. These are what do the real work, so we build them to handle the constant load and wear.
Each rotor is fitted with thick, hardened blades arranged in a staggered pattern. When they spin toward each other, they grab, shear, and tear even the toughest metal scrap into small, uniform pieces. The large bearings and heavy-duty shaft design mean they can run nonstop without overheating or seizing up.

The staggered, chevron-style arrangement isn’t random — it’s designed to pull material into the center, instead of letting it ride on top or jam between the shafts. For metal scrap, this means fewer stoppages and more consistent output.
We use high-grade, heat-treated steel for the blades, so they hold their edge longer even when chewing through steel car bodies and thick metal sheets.
The Cutting Chamber Taking Shape
This is the cutting chamber, with the rotors installed and ready for assembly.
We use a thick, reinforced steel frame here — no thin, flex-prone metal. Every weld is done to hold up under the constant vibration and force of heavy metal shredding. The chamber is sized large enough to handle bulky items like car bodies and pallets, so material feeds in smoothly without needing pre-cutting.
Custom Sizing Screen
This custom sizing screen is made to match this unit. After being shredded, materials will pass through the screen to get uniform finished size. We can customize the hole size according to customers’ actual demands, to meet different production requirements.
The sizing screen is optional. When there’s no demand for uniform material size, you can skip this part entirely.This way, the scrap comes out ready for further processing, no extra sorting needed.
Final Assembly & Testing
All main parts have been installed. Now we are carrying out wiring, debugging and full machine tests. This 2000 model is just about ready for delivery.
